On consignment we have a Burnside model 1865 Spencer lever action carbine in .56-56 Spencer. This rifle features a walnut stock and forend with steel buttplate, blued receiver, serial number 7382, and 20" barrel. The hammer does not hold at half cock or full cock, and will need to be addressed by a competent gunsmith.
