Description:
This high grade Miller & Val Greiss Schutzen rifle has a 28 1/2 inch guss-stahl barrel with an excellent bore. The barrel of this attractive rifle retains about 95% organal plum-brown finish and featuring nice silver bands at the shank and Munich address and steel marking inayed in silver. The action and fancy lever retain about 95% lovely orignal case-hardening colors The bottom metal and buttplate also retains vibrant colors throughout.
The action shows lovely Germanic foliate scrollwork. The checkered walnut stock remains in very fine condition showing some scattered light dings and handling marks. The rifle is equiped with an elabrate fully-adjustable tang sight with medium aperture disc, fully adjustable fine v-notch rear sight and adjustable protected bead on post front sight. It also has a brass cleaning rod held beneath the barrel.
This rifle appears to have had very little actual use.
