The Winchester model 70 is one of the finest bolt action rifles ever made, known for its reliability and accuracy. This Model 70, manufactured in 1960 in the high velocity .264 Win Mag, is in very good overall condition, with only light handling marks on the metal parts and signs of having a scope mounted at some point. The Monte Carlo stock shows normal wear for its age and has a plastic buttplate.
