About Us: Hi I am trying to sell a Coach Gun for an 85-year-old Gentleman. We live on the East Coast of Canada in Prince Edward Island
Description:
Rare British Coach gun with Spring Bayonet by W. Jones. Rare all steel double barrel
Bores are .80 caliber and the barrel is 11" long and 21" overall in length
Manufactured circa 1835
Barrels show very good Damascus patterns finish.
Hammer Locks are inoperable
Stock is good with very fine checkering. Piece is missing as shown in the pictures
Original owners name engraves on metal strip between barrels. Thonas Flather.
Spring Bayonet is strong and locks up perfectly
Double barrel all steel coach guns are rare in any condition and this one is fair.
