Description:
This SA/DA revolver is a Smith & Wesson Model 14-3 chambered in .38 S&W Special. It has a fixed Patridge style blade serrated ramp front sight, an S&W micrometer click square notch rear sight adjustable for windage and elevation, a 6-inch pinned barrel, a serrated trigger, a knurled hammer, a knurled knob ejector rod, a 10 groove forestrap and backstrap, and is 11" in overall length. The rib is serrated to reduce glare. The left side of the barrel is marked "SMITH & WESSON". The yoke cut is marked with the serial number and model number "K955014 / MOD. 14-3." The right side of the barrel is marked "38 S.&W. SPECIAL CTG.". The sideplate is marked with the "S&W" trademark logo, and below the cylinder, the frame is marked with the four line "Marcas Registradas" address. The butt of the grip is marked with the serial number "K955014". The grips are two-piece checkered walnut magna stocks with S&W medallions at the top. The high gloss bluing is in very good to excellent condition, with the exception of a light scratch to the right side of the frame. Likewise, the wood stocks are in very good to excellent condition, showing only minimally noticeable handling wear and with no chips, scratches, or cracks visible.
