240xxx Serial number range manufactured in 1937. Double trigger, ejectors, solid rib capped pistol grip, splinter forend. Approximately 75 percent original color. The refinished stock measures 1 1/2" x 2 1/4" x 14" over an aftermarket butt plate and weighs 6 pounds 12 ounces. The bores measure .617" - .601" in the right and .616" - .591" in the left. 2 3/4" chambers. This is a very strong "V" grade with excellent barrel blue.
