The CZ 600 series bolt action rifles are designed to deliver features that matter to shooters, all with the traditionally high CZ standards of accuracy, reliability, durability and versatility in mind. The rifle features a bolt release that allows the chamber to be unloaded while the safety is engaged along with a patent-pending short extractor controlled feed system designed to guard against double feeds. The 600 series also features a magazine lock system, allowing the rifle to quickly change between a detachable and fixed magazine configuration.
The Range model is designed to give the precision shooter every possible opportunity to take full advantage of the accuracy of the platform. A heavy-profile, cold hammer forged barrel guarantees a 0.75 MOA accuracy with match-grade factory ammunition.
This model is chambered in .223 Remington and features a 24-inch threaded barrel and a blued finish. One 5-round magazine is included. This rifle is not compatible with 5.56x45mm NATO ammunition.
