Remington model 1858 New Model army 44 caliber revolver. Metal is a mostly smooth blue black mix with bare metal in spots. See pictures. Matching numbers. Serial number 84260. About 70% original blue remains. Wood grips are very good with very slight trace of cart on left grip. Slight loss at toe. Action works and tight. Bore is close to excellent.
