Description:
Here we present a very nice, hard to find Remington 870 "Special Field" 12-gauge pump action shotgun, complete with original box. The gun sports a 21" Rem-Choke ventilated rib barrel with an excellent, shiny bore and includes SKT, MOD and FULL screw-in flush chokes as well as a SuperMax MD-1012 turkey choke. The 3" chamber will accept 2-3/4" or 3" shells. In addition, the seller is also including an excellent condition 20" Hastings Paradox rifled slug barrel. The seller also wishes to include a like new Simmons Whitetail Classic 1.5-5x20 scope with an easily removeable Weaver side mount. According to my research, the "X" prefix of the serial number indicates this shotgun was maunfactured in 1990. It was very lightly used over the last 30+ years and is in Excellent Condition with the exception of a few light handling marks, I would rate the gun at 98%. The straight walnut stock is beautiful with lovely checkering and the action is very smooth. Also in the box is the original choke wrench and a nice leather sling with attachments. LOP is 14-1/4" over a Remington rubber recoil pad. Feel free to call or text with any questions or for more pictures.
