This Model 70 dates to 1951 and features a nice walnut stock, good metal, and a peep sight. It has a claw extractor, controlled feed, and an internal magazine with hinged floor plate. .30-06 Springfield

Metal Condition: "Good to vary good. The barrel has a small scrape between the receiver and the rear sight boss, and the floor plate shows some wear.
Wood Condition: "Good. There are a number of light scratches, and a small patch of more serious dings near the peep sight, left side. The checkering is flattened a bit.
Bore Condition: A little dark but shiny.
