This is a Model 61 Winchester from 1948 in standard configuration 22 cal. S,L,LR with the 24" barrel. This rifle is in as nice a condition as you would hope to find in today's market. Totally original, and un-modified in any way, it was well cared for over 3/4 of a century. The bore is in fine condition, and the barrel maintains 95+% original factory blue. All the script, proof marks, and S/N are clear and crisp. The stock and forearm are nearly blemish free, and carry the original finish with no damage or repair.
