Description:
This carbine mfg. date 1875. Clean good wood, good plum metal, functions properly. All orginal 5 land barrel.
The odd item is someone cut dove tail for sight and added a 2nd model barrel band for better front sight.
I do have a repro 1st. model sight for it. Just like most of these older guns, they were modified for owners use.
They were just a tool for most people. I do have the Cody Musium Letter on this gun.
