This J.C. Higgins (Sears Roebuck & Co.) Model 583.20 is a right hand bolt action shotgun in 12 Ga. It has a 28 inch barrel with a brass bead front sight. With a 2 3/4 inch chamber it has a fixed Full choke. The butt stock is a smooth grip hardwood pistol grip. The forearm is a smooth grip hardwood. 12 Gauge
