Very nice Beretta 686 Black Onyx 20ga O/U with upgraded wood. These are so nicely finished and well balanced, they are a joy to handle and shoot.
Some people say these are the best upland guns Beretta ever made. Beretta introduced the 686 Onyx around ’88 and built them until around ’99. The gun quickly gained a reputation for being a rugged, reliable O/U that handled well and was easy to maintain. All that’s still true today. With 28" barrels and original 3″ chambers, a mix of 7 included extended choke tubes (trulock & briley), the gun you see here can handle any kind of upland hunting you do. Features a hard to find straight English grip, 14 1/2" LOP, 1 3/8" DAC, 2 3/16" DAH, vent rib, 95% bluing, minor typical handling marks on the stock and forend, excellent bores, mechanically sound, ejectors, single trigger. No case or paperwork.
