Here is a nice unaltered Savage 1899 Takedown in 300 Savage. This rifle is an unaltered vintage 1923 model. Well but carefully used and maintained hunting rifle in excellent mechanical shape. Wood and metal are in very good condition with wear from use, and some "blood staining" on the receiver. Case- Hardening on lever is still strong
