This Mauser was produced in 1942. The rifle's serial number is 7750m. this rifle has the standard 24 inch barrel chambered to shoot the 8 m/m German service round. The bore is bright and minty. The original sight hood is intact on this rifle. This rifle is all matched serial numbers. Even the barrel band spring is serial numbered to this gun. The stock and hand guard is also serial numbered to this rifle. The original bluing would rate a 97% overall condition. The laminated stock and handguard is in very fine condition with no cracks or other issues present. The action works just fine as expected. This Mauser 98k is a very fine example of a mid war production rifle. This rifle is quality built with milled parts all serial numbered to this rifle.
