Savage. Model 1899 EG lever action rifle. Cal. 300 Savage. 24” barrel with an excellent bore. Manufactured 1937. Original Blue finish is around 75%. Walnut stock with grip cap and Schnabel tip forearm that has matching serial number and is stamped EG, are in very fine condition with a few scattered light marks. German silver blade front sight and folding rear. Strong case color on lever. Original butt plate in very good condition with a light patina. Serial # 371504.
