"Serial No. 1907b, circa 1924-1933, .22LR, 24.5" round barrel. Bore is bright with strong rifling visible. Bare is marked “SA/Flaming Bomb/9-38". Receiver is marked “U.S./SPRINGFIELD/ARMORY/MODEL OF 1922/M11 CAL.22/1907B" This rifle has been converted to the M2 style by adding a “1" and “B" after the serial number. Finish and stock are in overall very good condition with minimal handling wear noted, cartouches visible on the left side. Lyman 48c peep sight remains in place in good working order.
