Mauser Karabiner 98k bolt action rifle chambered in 7.92x57mm Mauser. "243" factory code (Mauser Berlin-Borsigwalde) and 1940 dated. All matching serial numbers with the exception of a replaced front sling swivel. Stock modified at rear cutout with hole drilled through and notched for non-military sling mounting. Bayonet lug also ground off. 7.92x57mm
