Description:
This is a second model 28 caliber percussion with a 3 7/8” barrel, only a few hundred were made and it has safety notches on the rear of the cylinder. The mechanical function is very good crisp and tight. The bore is very good bright and shiny with very good rifling. The serial number under the rammer is 202. The walnut grips are not cracked or damaged but are still in nice condition. It retains 15% thinning blue in protected places.
