In excellent condition the box has excellent color, and graphics with crisp edges. This is the Short Smokeless Second Issue identified as S-27(c) R-1 on Page 60 of the Richard L. Rains Winchester Two-Piece .22 Boxes 1873 To 1927 having top codes of 15 4-15 and side codes 127 4-10 with #9 end flap. An excellent example for the advanced collector.
