Appears to have been made from a Trapdoor Carbine saddle scabbard. Possibly experimental or Arsenal modifcation.
The workmanship is excellent. which leads us to believe it is arsenal modified.
The holster fits a 60 army but is about 2" to long or a single action 2.5" to long.
