Description:
The Walther PP Super is a unique version of Walther's PP Series. It was designed and released in 1972 and later in 1979 stopped producing this variant. It is an all-steel PP chambered in 9x18mm Ultra and not the 9×18 Makarov. These pistols were originally intended to be used as a police pistol in West Germany. This pistol is an imported West German 9mmx18 Ultra by Interarms. The left side of the slide is marked with the Walther "Banner" logo and "Carl Walther Waffenfabrik Ulm/Do. / PP Super Cal. 9×18 / Made in W. Germany". The right side of the slide is marked with an "Eagle over N" proof and "16970". The left side of the frame has an import mark "Interarms, Alex, VA." The back of the barrel is marked with an "Eagle over N" proof, and the right side of the barrel is marked with an "Eagle over N" "HH" and "Ulm" proof. The front sight is a low profile blade with a white dot. The rear sight is a square-notched groove adjustable for windage and dovetailed into the slide. The top of the slide is serrated with a matte finish. The grips are black checkered plastic with a thumbrest on the left side. This pistol comes with one blued Factory magazines marked "Walther / 9×18" on the left side and is in excellent condition. This example remains in great condition, but has no box. 9X18MM
