From yesteryear comes this nicely made 1903 Sporter. Starting with a Remington manufactured 1903 the rifle was custom sporterized as so many were after WWII. Many were quite nicely done, and I count this one among them. It may not be a Griffin & Howe or one of the other well known makers but nothing on this sporter reeks of amateur gunsmith. And, in excellent overall condition in and out.
