This excellent rifle is built using the same tried and true Howa 1500 action and makes it ready to go out into the field. The action is made with the same dependable forged single piece 2 lug bolt for consistent lock up and great shooting performance. This action supports a good quality barrel that I threaded for accepting muzzle brakes or other NFA items making it great to set up for a variety of hunts. To better improve hunter comfort the rifle is carefully placed in a Hogue Overmold stock that gives a good grip no matter the weather conditions. And with a 2 stage trigger you get a nice consistent take up every time.
