The CSMC A10 Platinum Edition in .410 gauge, manufactured in the USA by Connecticut Shotgun Mfg. Co. in 2013, is a masterpiece of American craftsmanship. This small-frame, full sidelock shotgun features a hand-detachable action with an automatic safety, a single selective gold trigger, and ejectors. With 30-inch barrels choked at .011" Modified on both sides, this gun is built for precision shooting.
Weighing 6 pounds 9.2 ounces, it offers a well-balanced and comfortable handling experience. The stock dimensions include a drop at comb of 1.5 inches, a drop at heel of 2.125 inches, and a length of pull of 14.5 inches. The straight ventilated rib is matted, with a gold front bead for improved sighting.
This A10 Platinum is in excellent overall condition, with clear bores, a crisp trigger, and strong, in-time ejectors. The exhibition-grade Turkish walnut stock features a long-tang pistol grip, a finely checkered hunting forend, and a leather-covered recoil pad. Finished with a hand-rubbed TruOil coating, the woodwork complements the high-end aesthetics of the firearm.
The receiver is fully engraved in a miniature English scroll pattern with exquisite Bulino game scenes. The lock plates feature detailed engravings of pheasants in flight, while the bottom of the receiver depicts a Labrador retrieving a shot pheasant.
