Very early Weatherby Rifle chambered for .257 Weatherby built on FN 98 Action with 24" factory barrel. High polish blue finish with High gloss finished highly figured claro walnut checkered pistol grip Monte Carlo stock with rosewood forend tip and rosewood pistol grip cap with with Wby, diamond inlay. Factory black recoil pad marked "WEATHERBY TOMARROWS RIFLES TODAY SOUTHGATE CALIF" Brilliant bright bore with sharp rifling at throat. Bolt is properly electro penciled with matching serial number. 98% blue finish remains with some minor light surface scratches at muzzle end on left side. Stock is very fine with some light handling marks and sharp checkering. With Leupold Vari-X III 6.5-20X scope with adjustable Objective, clear optics. Mechanically excellent
