Perazzi SCO Side Plate 12 Gauge Pigeon Gun with 29 ½" Barrels (early Type 4 5 digit serial number)
Gun: Early type-4 SCO Side Plate MX8 with removable trigger, not-selective, trigger is original to gun (numbered) and has factory gold washed internals. Coin finished side plates featuring very fine scrolls and Diana Goddess of the Hunt mythical scenery, side-plate screws show minor damage, some minor blue wear on forearm iron, top lever and trigger group, engraved and signed by Balneari. Some finish wear on receiver. Locking bolt and top lever spring are strong, new firing pins have been installed. Gun Weighs: 8lbs 4 ounces. Serial Number: 538xx
Barrels: 29 ½", 11mm parallel rib with 2mm step and thumbnail checkering, 1.570kg weight.
Chokes: IM/Full that mic at .029 Bttm and .041 Top with 18.4mm bore .724 inches, bores are in excellent condition with no pitting and bright, forcing cones are unmodified.
Stock: Right cast with no palmswell, beavertail forearm. Stock has been professionally refinished to high-gloss with 1" factory replacement recoil pad and has the following dimensions:
