"Serial No. 12675, made circa 1863-1865, .54 caliber, 21" round barrel. Bore is very good with strong rifling visible. Metal has turned to a brown/grey patina with factory markings remaining sharp. Serial numbers on breech and receiver are matching. Stock has nicks, dings and scratches noted, faint cartouche is visible. Action functions correctly.
