Description:
Hammerless model in caliber 6.5 rimmed. Gun features 4-leaf flip up gold marked rear sight. Very good shootable bores. Wood has original red buttplate that is starting to harden. Double triggers. Action is beautifully engraved with tight floriate engraving typical of Francotte. Receiver retains about 75% case colors. Barrels I believe have been re blackened at one time and are in very good condition with most of that refinish remaining. Marked on top of the barrels is "RAICK FRERES" and "LIEGE BELGIUM". Nice crisp lock. A very serviceable gun. Checkering is finely done with minimum wear.
