Description:
Serial #727310, .38 Special, 2" barrel with an excellent, bright bore. This revolver was made in 1959, and retains 90% plus of the original blue finish with some silvering at the muzzle, along the exposed edges, and a mild turn-ring on the cylinder. Some thin freckling is present on the gripstraps, and on the sides of the hammer spur. The checkered medallion grips are numbered to the gun on the interior and are in fine shape with only mild flattening of the points, mostly towards the butt on either side. The lock-up is tight, and the action functions flawlessly in both single and double-action. This is a great looking Detective Special, and is in fine-near excellent condition. FFL or C&R
