Rifle in overall excellent condition! Does have some minor handling marks throughout stock, blueing is very clean!
This is a later model made toward end of run. Actually prefer the floor plate mag release to side button style. '67 date code
Steyr Arms Zephyr rifle features: (1) 20” blued steel barrel with hunter crown. (2) folding rear adjustable sight. (3) Hooded blade front sight. (4) Full stock version (Mannlicher stock). (4) Walnut stock has Monte Carlo raised cheek piece and hand cut checkered. (5) Stock is dressed with European style sling swivels and ebony pistol grip cap. (6) There is a blued steel band at the front of the stock. (7) Blued steel trigger guard. (8) Double set triggers this trigger pull adjustment screw. (9) One (total) steel 5-shot magazine, marked “22 LR” on follower.
Considered to be one of the finest rimfires ever produced. Been one of the prized in my collection!
