It features a synthetic AccuStock stainless steel fluted barrel with muzzle brake and drilled and tapped receiver for scope mounts. This rifle also offers the user-adjustable AccuTrigger three-position safety hinged floor plate detachable box magazine and Mossy Oak Break-Up Infinity camo pattern.

A collaboration with Savage Pro-Staffer Dick Scorzafava the Model 16 Bear Hunter features a 23quot medium-contour fluted barrel with Savages patented onoff muzzle brake. Its polymer AccuStock is in Mossy Oak Infinity and the hinged-floorplate features an attractive bear paw logo. It is chambered in popular bear-hunting short action calibers like 3 WSM and Dicks favorite 325 WSM.
