Synopsis: Spectacular Mauser, Luger, P08, German Navy Commemorative, Cased, KM199von250, FB01297 Description: As new Mauser Navy Luger Commemorative, 75th year, made by Mauser in HK (1979) as a leather cased ensemble, production limited to 250 pistols, to include gun, spare magazine, matching test target, instruction booklet, original hanging tag, takedown tool, cleaning rod, and original tan attache case with two keys. Missing the Luger book by John Walter. This example, without import marks, has a standard 6in barrel, marked with caliber, having drift adjustable front sight and two position Navy rear sight. Middle toggle link with gold filled “DWM” monogram. Left side of frame with commemorative inscription “75 Jahre/Parabellum-Pistole/Kaiserliche Marine”. Right side of barrel extension and frame marked with serial number. Mauser address on frontstrap. “MADE IN GERMANY” on rear of frame above lanyard loop. Major components salt blued; strawed small parts except for the fire blued grip screws. Condition: As new, the pistol showing absolutely no wear, dried grease in protected areas. One magazine shows the faintest insertional wear; the other is brand new. Test target slightly discolored with usual folds but no losses. As new accessories and crisp literature. Virtually new tan case. An absolutely great ensemble, especially with no import marks, that could only be improved by the inclusion of the John Walter Luger book. ~~Insured shipping fee of $75; most packages shipped using FedEx 2nd Day.~~
