Description:
Remington Model 550-1 Semi -Auto 22 Rifle - Smooth one piece walnut pistol grip style stock , forend and butt plate. Power piston floating chamber semi- auto design. 24 In. long barrel with adj. open rear sight and front bead sight. Tubular magazine will accept 20 Short. 17 Long and 15 LR ammo. Receiver grooved for scope. Bore is clean and bright. Barrel and receiver are retaining 90% bluing. Stock and forend are in very good condition with some minor handling marks. Includes a new soft sleeve. Manufactured from 1941 to 1971. This one was manufactured in June 1970. Known for accuracy and reliability. Operates great with short and LR ammo.
