For an Immediate Sale is this Beautiful Auguste Francotte .375 H&H Engraved and Case Colored Sidelock Double Rifle With Scope. This gun features fine scroll engraving on a case-hardened Holland & Holland-style reinforced action with gold-line cocking indicators, bottom tang extending to grip cap and top tang extending over comb, ivory bead folding front moon sight, quarter rib with 1 standing and 1 folding express rear sight, engraved steel trapdoor and grip cap, fore-end with Anson pushbutton release, and a beautiful and richly figured walnut stock with beaded pancake cheekpiece, classic point-pattern checkering. This rifle comes with German Quick Detachable Claw Mounts and a Rail Mounted Made In Germany Doctor Optics 1.5-6 X 42 Reticle 4 Scope with Excellent Optics. There is some minor cracking on the leather butt-pad. Gold oval escutcheon with initials “J EM J”. There is some dried grease on the metal components. The bores are excellent with sharp grooves and lands. Robust Bohler Steel Barrel. The fore-end and stock have some minor handling marks. The checkering is very sharp, but has some minor thinning. The case hardening retains 96%+ coverage overall. This rifle rates in very good to excellent condition overall. Overall Length: 40 1/2”. Barrel Length: 24”. LOP to Rear Trigger 13 1/8”. LOP to Front Trigger 14 1/8”.
