Description:
2-3/8 inch round barrel with most nickel remaining. Good bore. On top of the barrel is the Colt Hartford CT address. Scroll engraving on either side of the barrel and frame as well as the 7-shot cylinder. Some wear to the nickel on the frame and backstrap. Edge wear to the cylinder. Mechanically fine. Mother of Pearl grips are in very good condition. The rare factory box is somewhat tattered and very delicate. About 114,200 made from 1871-1877. This one was manufactured in 1875.
