Description:
Webley & Scott model 700 12 gauge manufactured in 1952  Chambered 2 3/4 inch with 28 inch sleeved barrels Proof marked 1 1/8 and 3 1/4 ton per square inch. Fixed chokes R barrel is Cyl L barrel is Full. The Ejectors have been converted to Extractors. The barrels have been reblued and the right barrel has a blemish 15 inches back from the end of the barrel with metal showing   as well as a polished pitting mark on the left barrel where it meets the forend. The Receiver has retained some of the case coloring and has a sliver gray patina. the bottom of the receiver and trigger guard are blued as well as the lever. 
The Stock is in good shape and has some indentations and impressions but no obvious cracks or chips.  The Splinter forend is in very good shape with age related wear on the checkering and handling marks.  
Over all a very nice Webley Scott SxS 12 gauge.
