Build that genuine LE / Military Colt M4 Carbine on your lower receiver with this genuine complete Colt mfg. upper with factory installed Troy Industries Rail System and accessories. Everything you need to build a Colt Military, LE, M4 Carbine (Except the lower receiver and Bolt assembly and charging handle.) Just add your lower receiver and Bolt assembly and you are good to go. Everything is brand new never used.
This is a rare Colt Special Edition upper model which has a factory installed Troy Industries Rail System which are rare to find anywhere.
(Also included are a brand-new Factory Colt removable carry handle assembly with A2 sight. This item always had to be purchased separately.)
