Description:
This is apparently an UN-FIRED Sig Sauer P225 made in Germany. I say apparently because that is how it was described when I purchased it from a private seller.
Based on the German proof marks this was manufactured in 2002.
I believe it is unfired but it may have been test fired in the factory. I believe it still has white packing grease on some of the internals near the hammer (See Photo showing rear frame area).
The barrel, crown, and slide appear as new.
I have never fired it.
Please ignore the white fuzzies on the slide. I gave it a quick wipe with a cloth rag before taking the photos and didn't realize it had left tiny cloth particles on the firearm. Rest assured I keep this clean and oiled.
