Description:
On consignment we have a 1st Generation Colt Single Action Army revolver in .45 Colt. This revolver features a blued frame with ivory grips, a nickel plated cylinder with gold flutes, gold plated hammer, and 5.5" blued barrel with fixed sights. Ejector rod housing is nickel plated. The gun is serial number 86837, manufactured in 1884, and has since been refinished. The barrel may be a replacement from a later gun, and has very good rifling. Action is tight, but timing/lockup is a bit loose.
