All firearms must be either shipped to a dealer in your state or picked up at our retail store in Norcross, GA. The buyer assumes the responsibility for transfer fees or background check fees that the receiving dealer will charge. It is also the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the dealer will accept the firearm(s). We encourage that the buyer contacts the dealer before we transfer the gun to them for pick-up to ensure that there are no problems with your transfer. If the dealer refuses to accept delivery of your firearm, you will be responsible for shipping charges to recover the firearm and reship it to a dealer that is willing to receive it.

B-West AK47S "Spiker" 7.62x39 Caliber Semi Auto Rifle, Rare Chinese Pre Ban Kit Build
Used in very good condition, sold as is.
For sale is an AK47S rifle assembled by B West out of Tucson Arizona. This rifle had used a domestic made receiver and a Chinese pre ban parts kit. The B west rifles have a supposed history with receivers not heat treated properly, leading to soft ejectors at times which need to be serviced prematurely. Per research from an AK builder who worked at the B-West factory from theAKFiles forum; "BWA####, BWB####, BWC#### or BWD#### then go buy a lottery ticket as ya have a winner and your gun was made in 1986 through 1989 (A = 1986 B= 1987 C= 1988 D= 1989) the serial number will also be on the front trunnion rather than the receiver and it was ASSEMBLED by B-West "C" and "D" receivers may or may not have the rails heat treated but most likely they were as these were assembled by the Smith at Jensens Arizona Sportsman's east store in Tucson, I knew the man and he helped with the destructive testing done earlier and understood the importance of heat treating etc.." The benefit of this rifle is that it was built on a pre assault weapons ban Chinese spiker kit that can be enjoyed now and then rebuilt on a chinese clone style receiver later. This is a very solid and well built gun. Even if you don't want the B West Receiver this is a VERY nice parts kit at a minimum.The rifle has a BWD serial # Prefix which would be around 1989. The rifle has an overall great finish with the parts retaining a nice polished bluing. The wood furniture is excellent with only minor handling marks. The bore is bright with great rifling. The rifle comes with one 30-round magazine, and a surplus sling mounted.
