Unless otherwise stated, our guns are not test fired as we have no facility for that. We inspect the firearm and it's action to see if everything appears functional but they are sold without warranty. Unless the item is listed as being sold AS-IS, there is a 3 Day Non-Shooting Inspection Period which starts when the item arrives at your dealer. No shooting, no disassembly. Visual inspection only to confirm correct item and that it matches description in major ways. Minor differences in subjective matters like percent of condition, etc, and personal opinions like ergonomics, fit to your hand or shoulder, etc, do not justify returns. Once you take the item home it is yours and no returns will be allowed. Items listed with AS-IS label are not returnable. We will not issue refunds for unknown mechanical problems. Here is a very good condition Smith & Wesson 29-2 chambered in 44 Remington Magnum. The action does have a slight timing issue. If you cock the hammer very slowly a few of the chambers do not lock into full lockup before the trigger is pulled. If you pull the hammer normally the action locks fine. Only happens when the operation is done very slowly and delicately. The bore looks very good. Includes Smith & Wesson wooden display case that needs new felt lining. FREE SHIPPING!
