Description:
This is an excellent condition Vietnam War USMC Champaign hat manufactured by "Champ Hat Inc." in size 7 1/4. This cover has been well-cared-for with tight stitching, great brim and unmarred. The inside head ban has a series of cracks from time with a clearly stamped interior band. The EGA has the slightest touch of oxidation and the chin strap has some cracks from age. With a DSA number of 100 69 C 0782, this gives us a production date of 1969. Excellent piece of history for any collection.;
