Serial #126045, .32 New Police, 4 inch barrel with a fine bright bore with strong rifling and roughness toward the muzzle. The is the Colt Police Positive revolver First Issue manufactured in 1915. The barrel frame and cylinder retain about 80-85% of the original bright blue finish with wear on the high edges, toning to plum-brown along the grip frame with scattered small scratches and freckles overall. The original hard rubber Colt Grips are very good with flattening of the checkering and an old repaired chip along the bottom rear corner of the right panel. Mechanically sound it locks up tight with proper indexing. FFL or C&R
