We inspect the firearm and it's action to see if everything appears functional but they are sold without warranty. Visual inspection only to confirm correct item and that it matches description in major ways. Minor differences in subjective matters like percent of condition, etc, and personal opinions like ergonomics, fit to your hand or shoulder, etc, do not justify returns. Once you take the item home it is yours and no returns will be allowed. Items listed with AS-IS label are not returnable. We will not issue refunds for unknown mechanical problems. Here is a good condition Cimarron Firearms Lightning chambered for 38 Special and 38 Colt. This revolver was made in Italy by A Uberti. This is a small frame gun and has a comfortable bird's head style grip. The finish is blued and case hardened. Barrel is 3.5". $25 shipping, Alaska and Hawaii will be a little more for shipping.
