This is a 1971 production pistol 70 Series. This gun was customized by world renowed gunsmith John Giles of Odessa Florida. It comes with the original colt box with the serial number matching he gun. Besides Giles polishing the gun internally and doing the action job, it wears a set of Giles custom target sights. Included in the box is the Colt wrapping paper and factory paperwork plus a target from Giles shop on this pistol shooting a 1 3/8" group at 50 yards!
