Unless otherwise stated, our guns are not test fired as we have no facility for that. We inspect the firearm and it's action to see if everything appears functional but they are sold without warranty. Unless the item is listed as being sold AS-IS, there is a 3 Day Non-Shooting Inspection Period which starts when the item arrives at your dealer. No shooting, no disassembly. Visual inspection only to confirm correct item and that it matches description in major ways. Minor differences in subjective matters like percent of condition, etc, and personal opinions like ergonomics, fit to your hand or shoulder, etc, do not justify returns. Once you take the item home it is yours and no returns will be allowed. Items listed with AS-IS label are not returnable. We will not issue refunds for unknown mechanical problems. Here is a Rossi R92 Lever action rifle chambered in .44 Magnum. It is a trapper version with a short 16 inch barrel. The gun is in grreat condition and is clean and has a smooth action. The breach bolt pin hole plug screw is missing from the left side of the rifle ($9 from Jack First Parts onlilne). Thanks for looking!
