New Merkel Model 122 Game 20GA with 28" fixed choke (IC/M) barrels, concave solid rib. Limited edition No. 3 (of 10) 120th Anniversary of Merkel firearms commemorative model. Features nickel finished sideplates with deep scroll engraving, scroll engraved chambers. Double triggers with ejectors. Factory English straight-hand stock to factory removable butt-plate and splinter forearm. Includes factory leather case and additional factory ABS case.
In honor of Merkel's 120th Anniversary, 10 numbered side-by-side shotguns have been released in the US! Each one is hand-engraved with Merkel's signature arabesque scrolls and features a special 120th anniversary engraving on the underside. All 122 models in this series are 20 Gauge with a double trigger and have Grade 6 luxury wood.
This firearm is new, never fired. It has only been taken out of the case for photos. I use to own a brick and mortar gun store (Kodiak Firearms LLC) In Colorado Springs, CO. When the store closed, I purchased this firearm for myself to pass down to my children someday. I have since changed my mind and am putting it up for sale. It is in mint condition. It has been stored in a gun safe with a dehumidifier the entire time it has been in my possession. My gun store purchased it directly from Merkel in 2018.
We sold 2 of the other 120th anniversary shotguns. Each one sold for $18,000.00. This is a great deal on a legacy, limited edition firearm from one of the world's leaders in quality firearms.
