This Colt was produced in 1956. The pistol's serial number is 45775 LW. This pistol is fitted with a 3 inch barrel chambered for the 22 Long Rifle cartridge. This pistol has the light weight alloy frame to reduce the pistol's weight for carry. The action works smoothly with no issues. The bore and chambers are bright and new looking. This pistol has been fired and lightly used. The original finish would rate a 96% condition. The original grips are serial numbered to this pistol. These grips are in like new condition with no sign of wear. These Courier pistols are rare with about 3000 ever produced. Most of these pistols were chambered for the 32 Colt New Police cartridge.
